SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders from Italy.

Each Museo piece is handcrafted in Italy and individually checked before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the piece and the craftsmanship required. The estimated processing and delivery times applicable to your order will be indicated at checkout or on the relevant product page, where applicable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout according to the delivery destination and the shipping method available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs procedures or other unforeseen events.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
