SHIPPING
We ship all orders from Italy. Each Museo piece of jewelry is carefully prepared and individually inspected before shipment.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Museo piece. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without having to provide any reason.
To request a return, contact us at info@museocreations.it before sending the product back. Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the purchase, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are only permitted to handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product received is defective or different from the one ordered, the return costs will be covered by Museo.
In the event of withdrawal, all refundable payments received, including standard delivery charges, will be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof of having sent the return.
